Individual Therapy or Talk Therapy is the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist. Individual therapy is a personalized, one-on-one therapeutic process where a client works directly with a licensed therapist to address areas of self improvement, personal challenges, emotional struggles, and mental health concerns.

Through confidential and supportive sessions, clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain insight and develop coping strategies. Individual therapy aims to foster self-awareness, promote personal growth, and help clients achieve their goals, whether they're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other life challenges.

This approach provides a safe space for clients to discuss their concerns and work collaboratively with their therapist to improve their overall well-being. Issues and concerns that Paris works with are but aren’t limited to:​
